Refund Policy

You see your scan results and review every finding before you pay, so you know what you're buying. If something is still wrong, we'll make it right.

14-day refund

If your evidence pack contains a material error that we can't correct, or the pack isn't what the product page describes, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get your money back in full.

How to ask

Email support@surchargeback.com with the email you signed up with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Access to the refunded pack is removed.
